TheraLight 360 Red Light Therapy in Kansas City

Sore after a workout? Feeling stiff after a long day? Or maybe your body just feels like it could use a little extra help recovering. Fountain of Life Family Chiropractic offers TheraLight 360 Red Light Therapy as a comfortable, noninvasive option that may be added to your individualized care plan.

How TheraLight 360 Works

TheraLight 360 uses photobiomodulation (PBM), which delivers red and near-infrared light from LEDs positioned around the body. Rather than focusing on one small area, the system provides full-body light exposure during the session.

PBM has been studied for its effects on cellular activity, circulation, inflammation, and tissue recovery. People may explore red light therapy for concerns such as muscle or joint soreness, exercise recovery, and other musculoskeletal needs.

At Fountain of Life Family Chiropractic, we can talk with you about your goals and whether TheraLight 360 may be an appropriate addition to your care.

What to Expect During a Session

A typical TheraLight 360 session takes approximately 10 to 20 minutes. You’ll lie inside the full-body bed while the LED lights deliver the therapy.

The LEDs themselves don’t heat the tissue, although some people notice a warming sensation during their session. A built-in cooling system is designed to help keep you comfortable while you relax.

How often you use red light therapy can vary, so recommendations should be based on your individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule.

TheraLight 360 may not be suitable for everyone. The existing manufacturer guidance advises against PBM therapy during pregnancy and for people with cancer or a history of organ transplant. Be sure to discuss relevant health conditions with your healthcare provider before beginning.
