Meet Dr. Abigail Walters
Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine (DACM)
As a child, Dr. Abigail moved around a lot but is happy to now call Kansas City home! Dr. Abi returned to the KC area 2 years ago after residing in Austin, TX for over 3 years while getting her Master’s in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. In March 2022, she received her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA.
Dr. Abby suffered from migraines for years while trying a multitude of failed treatments. She decided to give acupuncture a chance and couldn’t believe the relief she experienced! She knew she wanted a career where she could provide this amazing treatment to others.
Dr. Abby is nationally board certified and licensed in the state of Missouri. Dr. Abby is also certified for facial rejuvenation, cupping and clean needle technique.
Outside of the Office
In her free time, Dr Abby likes to hang with her dog Olive at barK or English Landing Dog Park and watch documentaries with her cat, Gavin. She has 2 older sisters and loves spending time with them and their families. You can also catch her at lululemon on the weekends dishing out some leggings.
